Stop Excessive Sweating Secrets

Sweating is a regular and normal process of the body that works to lower the body temperature and lubricate skin, especially in areas where there is a lot of rubbing, like under the arms. There are many different causes of excessive sweating, such as hyperhidrosis. The medical treatment for this is prescription lotions and expensive surgery. I find that lotions don’t work and the surgery will probably do more harm than good.

One aspect of why we sweat is way to much nerve sending. When our nerves are extremely active, we just start to sweat. You’ll notice this when you’re nervous. There are ways to dealing with this can be quite effective and natural.

The first technique I learned was from the book "Stop Excess Sweating", which told me a lot of the reason why I sweat is due to my diet. I make poor diet choices from a sweating point of view. They act as triggers causing my body to start expelling excessive amounts of sweat. For example, eating spicy foods will cause you to sweat more, it’s just how they work. You can also cut down on on coffee which will lead you to excessively sweating.

Another technique I learned from the same book are exercises I can do daily, that just take a few minutes that help lower my nerve sending. They’re pretty interesting techniques and after only a few weeks of trying them, I was cured off my sweating issues. I feel a lot more confident when I’m out in public and I don’t have to worry about raising my arms in the air because of the wet sweat stain under my arms.
