5. Become friendly to her over time! Make regular eye contact and say hi! Sooner or later you will be able to get into a regular conversation as she's already seen that you're merely a normal guy who's welcoming to everybody. There's a lot of strange men who tend to hang out round gyms so you'll have a massive advantage. Ask her if that class she attends is any good, or if that protein bar is good!

6. Over time you will become friendly with her, find out what she likes and setting up a date should not be very hard. Believe it or not, women go to the gym to look first-class for us men, so take advantage!
